Absolutely faultless service,lovely helpful staff. The boots are faultless to,great walking boot,feels more trainer like than a boot,but that said you can feel confident to go off road at the slightest whim!.I`m size ten,get a half size up the nice lady advised,I did,they are a perfect fit, snug and very very comfortable,you dont even need socks! Delivery was super quick,they were dispatched Monday and recieved Tuesday. Overall top notch service and a quality product

In July of this year I purchased CARN Men's Kaieteur Ev Mid M Walking Boots from Berkshire Outdoor Leisure on Line. I must say that I was very impressed with the Delivery speed as I live up in the Highlands of Scotland. I was also very impressed with the query I raised after I purchased the boots which were in transit to myself & I had an Immediate response & price difference refunded before the boots arrived. The boots so far are performing well with the exception that I needed to replace the insole with a green superfeet as I always transfer them from shoe to shoe depending on my needs. The existing Insoles i thought were not for me as they have a turned up rim on the edge & this rubbed on my heal & was found to be most annoying. Apart from that as far as boots are concerned they are comfortable & well made, I have yet still to give them an Honest good work out on the rough terrain. BUT...When you have excellent service from a company such as this at the very start, you feel secure in your purchases & future potential business as well. I hope you find this company as good as I speedily found.
